    Pros

Accommodating to complex situations such as taking care of sick parent.

    Cons

Clique-y group of people since it's a small corporation and not much room for growth or opportunity.

    Advice to Management

Need to learn better management skills in general as most of the people there are not happy and need to better train incoming employees.

I have been working at BAC Florida Bank full-time

    Pros

Excellent coworkers. The management is understanding. The pay is good. The environment is good for the most part.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

If you have good employees, willing to go above and beyond, reward that. More communication about departmental objectives and processes would also be helpful. Engage your employees.
