    Everyone at this company was very easy to talk to and was willing to help teach new tasking.

    Pros

    Company treats employees well and this site in particular has a great sense of community. A lot of extracurricular event offerings and a dedication to wellness.

    Cons

    People can easily get 'comfortable' in their current roles - staying technical seems to be slower progressing versus people who pursue management roles.
