    Pros

Every other friday off at the expense of your sanity for definitely working more than 9 hours a day.

    Cons

they track your actions in 6 minute increments. The minute your green icon is yellow or red, and you are walking away from your desk. your manager will come talk to you. There is no work life balance as people expect you to respond to emails at all hours of the day.

    Pros

They are a stable company and can have good work life balance.

    Cons

They say they want everyone's input. But they are just saying that to cover all their bases. To make you feel included. Give you a sense of belonging when you first come to the company. But your just a number to them. They under pay you and would replace you in a heart beat. If your a critical thinker and don't have the time and experience with this place well then your voice doesn't matter. Your are literally just a button pusher. Doesn't matter how hard or well you work. It just about time and being a robot for them. Do as they say or face termination.

    Pros

Great product lines, talented workforce, dedicated hardworking employees. Little work life balance.

    Cons

Constant process changes, very little formal documented training and too many bosses to report to. To many meetings draining time from real work. Churn and burn employees to burnout. Losing good people and no one seems to care.

    Pros

Leadership is phenomenal. Incredible autonomy, and they work HARD to keep (good) employees happy in their position--if they aren't they will do what they can to find a better position; retention is huge with our location specifically. Salary is good; benefits are good Work-life balance is always #1

    Cons

Not as high paying as other contractors (but the environment is better at BAE) Low time off
