Pros
Nice offices for company employees. Supermarket, restaurants, beauty/barbershop, and other shops are available in the building. Parking is free near building.
Cons
Owner/chairman is the main problem. Climate of fear and distrust in company. Misleading information passed to justify decisions. Other management's hands seem to be tied. No loyalty to employees.
