supportive of each other; competitive salary; nice place to work if you do not aspire to a higher position; they had an excellent hr dept who did a lot for staff ie thought outside the box

Cons

not willing to spend money to expand organization = complacent; no opportunities for programmatic growth; stagnant; organization let go of a lot of talented people that could have bolstered their business
