    Pros

    I've had the best experience so far with BAYADA Home Health Care. I'm recently graduated from college and this is my first job out of school. I'm so thankful for the opportunity I've had with this company, especially my particular office. I've learned more than I ever expected to fresh out of school. My coworkers were so welcoming and are great to work with. I never feel I cannot come to anyone with a question or for assistance. So thankful for my opportunity to work with such an amazing company.

    Keep up the awesome work and fantastic leadership!

    Pros

    I liked my coworkers and the benefits.

    Cons

    The Director was abusive towards the office help. Towards the end of my employment there, I was crying a lot as where others. The director sets the mood of the office and ours wasn't good.

    Advice to Management

    I didn't feel going to management would have helped. It would have been used against us by the director. I understand this director was forced into leaving. There was a big turn around in help and everything that went wrong was blamed on the office people. Glad I moved on.

    Pros

    They have never had a layoff.
    They are a stable company.
    People seem to stay there for years.
    There is a chance for advancement.
    Good pay

    Cons

    It all depends on your director. Some play favorites and mine was clear that he does not like to manage and does not want to hear about your problems or concerns. If you feel overwhelmed and express this to him he calls you a whiner. I think my experience would have been much better and I would not be looking for a new job if I had a different director.
    The 401k match is low and the health benefits are not great.
    They expect you to work long hours and will look down on you if you do not.

    Advice to Management

    Don't just pay attention to the numbers when evaluating the directors.

    Great company with great calues. Turly care about their clients.

    The Baiada family is very committed to the BAYADA way in everything they do.

    Cons

    Offices can be very hectic (phones ringing, mounting work load, managing employees)

    Advice to Management

    Understand that only so many work take can be placed on one employee.

    Flexibililty with work/homelife balance. I will work extra because I want to. That is the mentality here..

    Sometimes the downfall is my work/home life balance. On days off and vacation, I am still connected.

    Make your employees feel valued more than you already do. Keep it in thee family, great thing to work for
