I have been working at BAYADA Home Health Care part-time (More than a year)
Meeting clients and helping them in their daily lives.
Pay rate is decent.
Work is rewarding
Not alot of clients or hours available. Flexibility is NOT really a true option since the office staff holds everything against you if you do not do as they want.
Alot of childish behavior between employees.
Not all employees are treated or paid equally.
Advice to Management
TRAIN AND SUPERVISE YOUR OFFICE STAFF MORE AND GET RID OF THE ONES WHO DO NOT CONTRIBUTE POSITIVELY OR PROFESSIONALLY.
Hire more experienced ,reliable,and mature field staff.
Train office staff/managers in proper procedures for dealing with issues in a home so matters can be resolved and dealt with.
