    Bayada has a very kind and caring staff, both field based as well as office based.


    Upper management was in flux and at times not connected with the current market.

    Pay, benefits, job flexibility, percs good except see 'Cons'. As for company CEO,,,,don't know the man, gave neutral evaluation.


    Local upper management are not seasoned to address employee/nurse and client issues that arise. Local upper management are mostly young people who appear to be more intersted in being a friend, keeping their job and keeping the status quo as opposed to addressing issues head-on and getting acceptable resolutions for clients and employees/nurses. The upper local management are 'wet-under the collar'. Maybe local managers are young because they accept less compensation for their position, don't know.
