    Customer Service is #1 at BB&T. This can not be obtained without an adequate workforce.

    The work is not secure, got laid off after BB&T purchased my old employer Susquehanna Bank.

    Pros

    I like the staff and the management. Training is organized. An early career start for a recent graduate who is still trying to figure out what they want to do.

    Cons

    Overall the pay is not worth the rude customers. You are told you can grow within the company but it seems like they want to keep you in the customer service career path

    They pay you a decent amount of money. The bank is involved in the community of areas of the branches.

    Cons

    The cons are a large amount of sales goals to meet. The pay schedule is only on the 15th and the 30th of the month.

    Managers at the branch level only care about sales. Some managers will treat clients w. A lot of many better than an ordinary client

    Care about the the associates more. People like to actually have a life.
