    Pros

    Community focused
    Client relationships were VERY important
    Image was important
    Traditional professionalism
    Pays well

    Cons

Culture started to shift after many acquisitions to a more sales-driven environment than consultative sales based on client need in areas such as credit cards and overdraft protection are concerned. Management usually overlooked accounts opened in detriment to clients.

    Advice to Management

Do not sacrifice client benefit for sales goals that will be over at the end of the month; The client will have the long-term effects of whatever product they are sold/placed in

    Pros

Great Culture. Belief in their core values. Friendly associates. Lot's of opportunities to move from one department to another. Average tenure on the team overall is 10-15 years of experience. great benefits package.

Please hire more service individuals to maintain the current account load. Lot's of turnover within my group. Please replace so we can service the client. Offer more training in the field to better prepare the employees.
