    I worked at BB&T full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are equally miserable employees to comiserate with.

    Cons

This is bascially a Wells Fargo copycat that will kill you with sales goals. They ask you to cram products down people's throats against their best interests. Branches are horribly staffed and management has no clue. They only hire people hard up for money so they can control them. Only take this job if you really need the money. Man I can't believe how aweful this place was. Every other job I have ever worked would get a five on here except this one.

    Advice to Management

Writing fake posts on glass door won't stop your revolving doors.
