I worked at BBH Global full-time

    Pros

Everyone is very senior level, process is clear and professionalism is very high.

    Cons

Difficult to clearly describe, but BBH is a great place for some but not others- it's extremely intense. The hours are truly grueling, an AD I worked with regularly clocked in 70 hour work weeks, so if you have any desire for a work/life balance this may not be the place for you.

Personally, I like having a life outside of work so it wasn't a fit.

    Advice to Management

The high turnover must be costing the agency a bomb, it would pay to explore why people leave so often.

Their equipment is becoming outdated, but functions and they're currently working on upgrades.

    Advice to Management

The only advice I have is to keep doing what you're doing. I've seen some fantastic work come out of this place.

I worked at BBH Global as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Exciting creative environment to work in. Creative Directors that want your best work and fight for it. Really nice people as well, and a really great part of the city to work in.

    Cons

I truly cannot think of any cons, I suppose it would be working in New York City, one of the most expensive cities to work in the world. I suppose a con could be how expensive a cup of coffee is around the corner.
