Pros
The Culture at BBR is second to none, with plentiful opportunities to get to know the team and help strengthen cooperation at work. BBR always seems a step ahead in knowing how to please clients and do their best. BBR embraces work-from-home but has a fantastic office to complement those who work in person.
Cons
I don't have any cons at the moment.

Pros
A solid company culture with an established local reputation among clients and fellow agencies. BBR makes an active effort to support the community it resides in and recognizes merit within its walls.
Cons
A leadership-level infatuation with ideals and methodologies that, while looking great on paper, lack a lot of contextual understanding of employees and their tasks at hand. Creatives can often find themselves compensating behind the scenes for lack of basic resources. Also, that one disprespectful client...

Pros
Company is always looking for a way to help the community. They are understanding of outside life and always looking out for employees.
Cons
Hiring more producers while cutting other roles.

Pros
I absolutely loved my time working at BBR Creative! The owners, three experienced business women, were so understanding and supportive. One time, a client (who was notorious for being difficult and turning on people) had it out for me. When she tried to defame me to my bosses, they stood up for me. I've never had that happen with a client before or since, so it was a pretty emotional experience for me. My bosses, knowing my character and work ethic, could see what the client was doing and ran interference on my behalf. I was so grateful and felt totally supported. That's just one example, but all of the employees at BBR were so skilled in their areas of expertise. I was constantly impressed! I highly recommend BBR to prospective employees and clients.
Cons
My only bad experience working at BBR was that one difficult client.

Pros
At BBR I work with wonderful people that genuinely respect each other, collaborate together and enjoy each other's company. The leadership truly cares about all of the employees and continuously looks for ways to help us achieve our professional goals while maintaining a healthy work/life balance and creating a culture like no other at BBR. Our talented team puts out a creative product that is a force to be reckoned with. Our best clients become like family to us when they can trust our work and our opinions to help them meet their marketing goals.
Cons
Currently experiencing some growing pains as we expand our services, locations and staff. But it's a good problem to have in my opinion!

Pros
BBR encourages creativity from all employees, and ensures that everyone feels as though they are an important part of the team. With an open-door policy, and encouragement that no matter the title (from C-Level to Custodian)- everyone must be treated fairly and respectfully, BBR has the epitome of a positive working environment. Collaboration and "full-brain" teamwork ensures that each employee is able to contribute their strongest skills and learn from one another.
Cons
Sometimes we run out of almonds in the snack closet. But they are usually refilled within 5 minutes.

Pros
Simply one of the best companies in Lafayette to work for, and you'll acquire a breadth of knowledge while you're at it. Highly collaborative and creative work, constant new projects and clients keeps it challenging and engaging. The best part of BBR though, is its employees and culture. They make every day awesome and enjoyable, and all the bad parts worthwhile.
Cons
Poor compensation for the quality and pace of work expected. Work/life balance can be really off during busy seasons, time tracking and hourly billing is a struggle, can be gossip-y at times, not enough focus on results, not enough healthy conflict.

Pros
BBR is an amazing company, and I am so proud to be a part of this team. Every employee is passionate about their job and it shows in everything we do. Since joining the team as an intern in college, BBR has given me the opportunity to grow personally and professionally while learning new things each and every day. It truly is an honor to work here.
Cons
I really can't think of one. I wake up excited to come to work everyday, so I think that speaks for itself!

Pros
The collaboration and creativity at this agency is unparalleled. It's an office filled with some of the best people you could meet. Everyone always has each others' backs and there is never a "stupid" question because someone will always help guide you. Management truly cares about their employees and takes time to get to know them.
Cons
Set the bar too high for every other place
