    Pros

The best reasons to work at BBVA Bancomer are that you don't really need much experience, they train you for the job for about 3 days. The job is easy, the customers are real nice, most of them atleast. the pay is ok for starting. I liked the job.

    Cons

Some of the downsides of working at Bancomer are that you have to work on weekends. Most managers take advantage of being managers.

    Advice to Management

    Pros

You are given a lot of responsibility early on.
The firm´s large balance sheet enables them to offer a lot of products to clients.
    Compensation is competitive vs peers.

    Cons

A lot of bureaucracy in many layers of the administrative staff. In general, things move slowly and require the approval and input of a lot of people.

    Advice to Management

Promote productivity and avoid employees falling in comfort zones. Simplify the structure and processes. Other than that, everything is great.

    Pros

We are the only bank that involves the excecutive in all the lending process. Other banks have excecutives which only attend the relationship with the client.

    Cons

Few opportunities to grow because the company is very stable for the vast mayority. The fix salary is a little bit low if you compare it to other banks.

    Advice to Management

They should make a career plan for each employee

    Pros

Good learning curve. Lunch is included. Views from Bancomer tower are great. Chairs are moderately confortable. Almost always there was paper o the restrooms

    Advice to Management

Treat the employers more personally as if they were individual persons and no numbers on a sheet. Make more integration dynamics so this looks more like a team and a family
