I worked at BBVA (More than a year)

    Pros

Bank hours obviously. Continue training and referral bonus and benefits

    Cons

Having a referral number to be met every month and the number not being always possible with every employee having the same expectations including the loan officers

    Advice to Management

Splitting referral type and rotation monthly so your team is not competing one another but working together to get the over all goal . More raise opportunities.

    I worked at BBVA full-time

    Pros

None to speak of at all....

    Cons

Racist manager...HR do not help with any complaints. They allow racism to exist in the work place

    Advice to Management

When you expect so much out of your black employees but allow your white employees to do as they please. Its noticeable

I have been working at BBVA full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Atmosphere and work environment is friendly and makes for a pleasant working environment. Small to medium office size which allows for employees to tackile multiple projects outside of their normal role (big fish in a small pond.)

    Cons

Compensation is not competitive. Not a lot of room for career growth despite being a big fish in a small pond. Indecisiveness and lack of transparency in senior managements business objectives and/or strategy leave staff confused about the trajectory of the firm.

    Advice to Management

Pick a strategy and outline this to your entire staff so everyone is on the same page. Stop changing the 3-year plan every 2 months.
