I have been working at BCD Travel full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

BCD Travel does provide many varied training opportunities. They also provide a good mixture of work/life balance as well as many opportunities for advancement.

    Cons

BCD Travel seems to be on the low end of the pay scale for the industry and the area of the country they are located in. Insurance/benefits could be better. Premiums are too high for a company of this size.

    Advice to Management

Management would do well to work harder at keeping the proven talent that they have versus hiring inexperienced agents just to save a few dollars when it could mean losing the very accounts that pay the bills.
