The company does care for their people and does everything it can to support us.

Shared teams don’t have enough resources - IT, HR, etc.

The agents are literally tied to the phones, few opportunities for promotion or professional growth, pay could be better.

- Remote work and great W/L balance - Company and colleagues are very supportive - They really do care about their employees - People you work with are very smart and great to work with.

- As the pandemic is showing us the biz travel industry peaked in 2019 and will forever be changed. - The health care is probably the worst I have seen with a very high deductible.

Not held against the fire much. Opportunity to do things your way.

Cons

The opportunity to do things your way also means everyone does what they want, which leads to an overall lack of standardization and as fairly confusing environment to navigate. Lacks structure. All over the place in terms of team performance, and little apparent desire to get low performers up to speed with high performers. Extremely needy businesses with workforce spread all over the place, so not much time to focus on data.

Pros

Some of technology is the best. When you are on a good account and with good organized supervisors it is satisfactory rewarding work.

Cons

Very very overstaffed at the middle management level, and they are mostly unqualified to help with simple requests - like changing a ticket or speaking directly to a traveler. Despite having an "employee appreciation week", no one is appreciated (especially if you are working from home).
