I worked at BCForward for more than a year

    Pros

free meals, snacks, and technology aids. Easy workflow and over all relaxed environment as far as policy goes (until you make someone mad). All you can expect is decent pay and food.

    Cons

Crazy amount of favoritism and crazy amount of discrimination against those who the favorites don't personally like, no room for growth AT ALL despite what they say, no promotions (I worked there for a year with high performance and never saw any kind of raise or even just a thank you - probably because I was on the opposite side of discrimination), terrible training and constantly changing SOP, so much under the table threatening that at HR meetings that had to make it apparent that there is a no retaliation policy (even though full time workers of Accenture always retaliated and would ALWAYS come out on top - as a contractor you have no chance if they don't like you - try to report the discrimination you're ignored until they find a reason to get rid of you), you are working with snakes and selling your soul for $16/hr, constant threats from the client (facebook), if you are not liked in the office YOU WILL KNOW IT because you will be constantly ignored, ostracized and ridiculed

I worked at BCForward for more than a year

    Pros

Initial onboarding was quick and painless. My recruiter worked hard on my behalf to place me on a project with a large company. I was able to make lasting connections with bright minds; both client colleagues and external vendors.

    Cons

There is practically no communication with you unless there is an issue. I was on a project for almost a year before they said one word to me and I had to initiate the contact. If you have questions, you will likely get the run around because they usually don't have the answers nor do they put forth an effort to find solutions without you hounding them. There is no paid time off at all; not even holiday pay. Medical insurance is $1400-1800 per month. So, it's more economical purchase a plan on your own. Company leaders do not value employee feedback. Potential issues regarding client integrity and allowed culture fall on deaf ears. They do not have your back, no matter how skilled you are. You are a warm body, nothing more. Pay close attention to your pay stubs, as payroll makes mistakes fairly consistently. After my contract ended, there was no further communication or attemps to place me with a new client.
