The work environment and people are awesome in here. Co-workers are very helpful. Good for freshers and for people (new join) who have the zeal to learn new things.

    Cons

As we have a pyramid structured management we are always sorted on issues we have.

    Pros

Decent pay for VERY easy work

    Cons

Contractors don't care about your development, you're just a pawn in the system.

I have been working at BCForward full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    - free parking
    - you work on your own, no one looks over your Shoulders
    - coworkers do not interact with you
    - non permanent, no baggage

    Cons

    - will lay you off anytime they want, without any reason (happened to a few of my coworkers)
    - pay is subpar lower than most other agencies
    - last minute changes (some coworkers had to transfer office within a month after training, even to another state. This is where you decide is it worth moving or not)
    - no room for growth, only those working in the Accenture building (actual full time employees) get promoted. Contractors do not, it’s a given at the start
    - very conservative crowd
    - they tell you a set hour when you’re hired then change you to overnight or late evenings once you’re in after a month or two
    - no insurance
    - no overtime
    - no vacation days

    Advice to Management

Stop doing last minute changes or any changes at all. You cannot expect a contracting employee to move to Washington with a one week notice.

I have been working at BCForward full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

As the company continues to grow, numerous opportunities open up. Best advice of ways to be successful at this company, is to work hard. It does not go unnoticed. Beautiful office building, many small perks including free lunch occasionally, easy access to upper management. Room for growth if you work hard in your current position.

    Cons

No 401K matching, compensation is good, benefits are so so.

    Advice to Management

Some teams need assistance with hiring qualified candidates. Perhaps HR could assist with that which will help prevent turnover on that team.

    I worked at BCForward full-time

    Pros

-mostly a very friendly and diverse atmosphere -beautiful workplace -occasional free lunch -great manager -interviewer was honest about stress level

    Cons

-no proper training for my job (sink or swim) -very high turnover -would have passed on this job if I knew how it would have panned out -benefits were the worst I had ever seen in 18 years of professional employment

    Advice to Management

see if this position cannot be taken back to "temp-to-hire", implement a rigid training program- including one that keeps the employee informed of their progress
