    provide best industrial exposure, provide stipend of 10k every month , best management , you can gain lot of knowledge working with them, they make biotech professionals ,

    I worked at BCIL full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    provides opportunities to get exposure with government, industry and academicians.

    Cons

    The work environment can get very stifled and management decision making is poor and outdated. The company is heavily dependent on govt for revenue and may loose its only source of income if an unfavorable policy is put in place.

    Advice to Management

    Explore revenue opportunities outside the govt backed schemes. induct talent from outside with broad industry exposure.

    Good learning opportunity to work in various roles in good bio-medical/tech projects.

    Cons

    Have not experienced anything bad as yet. The contract has been pretty smooth until now.

    Pros

    Provides better platform for bio technologists as there are very less options available for students from areas where there is less scope.

    Cons

    Placement issues. After 6 months we should be placed right after the completion of training.

    work for a better future.

    I worked at BCIL full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Cool Atmosphere.
    You decide your own deadlines which makes you responsible.
     There is a very strong level of interaction between all the different departments therefore errors can be avoided at the start itself.
    Almost every Thursday a presentation's made. Nice pad to expand knowledge and meet prominent persons.

    Cons

    External consultants affect the total planning done there by dragging the work unnecessarily. You are at there mercy.
    Any Architectural practice needs to have a good Library section.

    Advice to Management

    Need to make those external consultants as in-house or see to it that they stick to your schedule.
    Streamlining different departments is required.
