- Former Employee, less than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
There are some talented individuals who could do really well with the right leadership and mindset.
Cons
Lack of guidance and structure among leadership. Disjointed communication from each level. No connection with executives. No accountability systems. Good luck if you are working remotely. You’ll feel preyed on compared to those who can work in office.
- Former Employee, more than 1 year★★★★★
Pros
Remote/flexible schedule was nice, and the brains behind the core product are brilliant despite that management refuses to utilize them for anything more than menial data entry.
Cons
The back end systems that create the infrastructure of the main product have been antiquated/ineffective since 2018/2019, and despite countless ideas for evolution and adaptation, management consistently neglects the individuals that have wanted to see success. It will sometimes pretend to acknowledge ideas, only to revisit the contention down the road with no action. The trend in this company is a lack of ability to evolve/grow and are allowing competitors to beat the product at a much better price point.

Pros
FYI they moved from the old GlassDoor website. Just google BDS Analytics Glassdoor and you'll find the old reviews. I worked with some great people, but they've all left due to encouragement from the other talented folks. The only thing that remains is .... well you get it.
Cons
Low pay, terrible benefits, revenue targets are never reached, poor management. There's too much to write here but suffice it to say some of the critical senior positions are filled by folks without the right level of skill and/or experience. Morale is really low. I'd be really surprised if this company is still around in a year.

When I quit it will feel great

Pros
The conference room has a great view of the mountains. Other than that, advice is to run fast away from here
Cons
Original founders were pushed out and replaced by incompetent "leaders" that spread mistrust and abuse. All employees responsible for quality of the product have left or been fired. Pay is way below competitive rate for the amount of complaining and negativity you are expected to endure from leadership.

Pros
A chance to work in the cannabis industry. Was a great place to work under the original founders.
Cons
The other reviews say it all. This is a fake profile created by leadership, which tells you all you need to know. Check reviews at BDS Analytics.

Garbage. Go look at BDS Analytics reviews. They changed the name

You get a nasty coffee machine in the 10x15 kitchen.
Cons
Where to start. GO LOOK AT BDS ANALYTICS to get a real feel for how real humans feel about this place. Utter garbage. I do not wish you to be a part of this sham. Here lay some of the review titles: -Dont waste your time -Consisder yourself warned -Run away -PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE - STAY AWAY -HEED THE WARNINGS -RUN -I DO NOT ADVISE WORKING HERE -Stagnant wages for 14+ months -If you are considering working here, don’t. It's like an album - Titled, "Now That's What I Call a Bad Place To Be Working" you can walk through countless horrible reviews. and nothing changes. Then they create a new review page lol. SHADY One star is too generous.

Fake Profile/Account - Check Reviews at BDS Analytics

You’re reading this post so you’ve been warned at how horrible this place is.
Cons
The fact that leadership has created a new company profile to try and escape the revealing reviews tells you all you need to know about how leadership here operates.

Fake profile- check reviews at BDS Analytics
May 29, 2021 - Account Manager in Boulder, CORecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Meet interesting people, take data and clients with you when you leave
Cons
Everything listed on the original BDS Analytics profile. The other reviewer here is spot on: leadership is so unscrupulous and manipulative that they created a new account. But obviously they can’t even convince anyone to write fake reviews since the only one is from leadership (and the gaslighting, rambling and “BevAlc” reference tells us exactly who wrote it). My one hope for the company is that the board will exit the CEO and put an actual leader in charge. There is still time to turn things around. I’m in touch with my former clients, and they see through the facade too. This company is obsolete.

Pros
The company is in the Cannabis industry.
Cons
The company already has a Glassdoor profile under BDS Analytics. The reviews are majority one star outlining all of the problems. The fact that leadership has created a new company profile to try and escape the revealing reviews tells you all you need to know about how leadership here operates. Instead of addressing the problems they are trying to pretend they don’t exist. If you like this kind of gaslighting and shady behavior, this company is for you!
