    Lots of hours, so if you don't like having a personal life, this may be a good thing.

    Cons

    Management does not care about you!!!! HR does not care about you!!!! Back hurts from pulling knives out of it!!!!

    Pros

    Closed the week of Christmas.

    Cons

    Depts. and Managers do not fully think things through and often Programs run into major issues at the last hour. Doing things 3 times instead of once is a trend. Management intentionally avoids including all level employees in all facets of the business thus creating problems that could've been avoided if they asked the right people. The GM let's allot of major issues go without resolve and looking back at root cause. Most of his team has a pass to Make mistakes. There is only one HR person on site that does not promote employee morale and has bad mouthed employees to other employees. She is young and inexperienced. Worst of all not a people person. Some depts have too many employees and others not enough. Most of lower management is extremely overloaded and unable to effectively manage their team. They are no town hall meetings. Employees are left in the dark. Medical benefits are horrible. Raises are sometimes offered in a lump sum so your annual salary never goes up and the lump check is taxed at 50%

    Pros

    The Hyderabad division of this company was recently taken over from Emug Technologies India by BE Aerospace Inc. US but I do not see any pros in this. Good for starters. The company gives a good start point for people who have just graduated or are trying to enter the field but otherwise not a good company.

    Cons

    - Leave policies were badly managed for employees which resulted in a loss of many leaves all because company wanted to make money. While some higher level management personnel exactly knew how to utilize all their leaves before the merger, many lower end staff were left clueless about the leaves till the very last date. -Unfair pay was given and the same is being continued after the merger to preserve the 'PROFIT' factor which the higher management/company makes. -They expect to hire top graduates from high ranked universities with no idea of retaining current good employees. -There is no process management so new employees are made to go through on the job training which can be really bad for new comers. -Expect lower salary during HR interview; HR is doing their job well but you get cornered if you lack experience.

    *quiet work environment *interesting projects *good opportunity for small area *close-knit departments *some management try to make the job more fun and enjoyable

    *every project is micromanaged to the extreme *projects are deemed
