    Negative Outlook

    Pros

None at the moment... going down hill fast!

    Cons

This company just doesn't care about it's people.
This company has a really bad atmosphere/company culture, made worse by the 'new' CEO.

    Advice to Management

    Start caring about your employees.
Get rid of 'BLOCK' heads in the Executive... they are only there for themselves and don't care about the business or anyone else.
