    Pros

Worked with some of the best people ever, and still remain friends. Well organised, and a world leader with informative sessions about the business and trading for staff.

    Cons

Have been to many leaving drinks since the Blackrock takeover. What was once a great culture is changing, with many dispirited loyalists no longer willing to wait for redundancy.

    Advice to Management

You'll need to do a lot more team building, education and professional development to develop better relationships with existing staff.
