Great 401K plan and decent health/dental
    14/6 rotation ( 14 days on/6 days off )

    Cons

Lack of communication at times between frac and maintenance . However, this issue is improving for the better.

Disseminate information a little better to your mechanics and frac hands and you'll see improved performance amongst your employees .

I have been working at BJ Services full-time

    Pros

Good pay and great co-workers in the field

    Cons

Work/Life balance; co-workers in office are out of touch with those in the field

    Advice to Management

Use email as a secondary form of communication rather than primary; stop preaching safety as utmost concern when coming up with more meetings that just takes away what little rest time those in the field get

I have been working at BJ Services full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Pay is on the higher end. Bonuses are nice, especially considering how much time we currently are spending in the field. Benefits are available.

    Cons

Payroll is having a hard time getting it together and paying bonuses and per diem regularly. Positions that require an individual truck do not have them. There is no sense of urgency in solving problems.

    Advice to Management

Sort out payroll FAST. Other companies are hiring and you will start to lose excellent hands over this detail.
