      Pros

Flexible schedule Easy to pick up shifts Fast paced environment *every location is different, but the management was great!

      Cons

It can take a ridiculous amount of time to work your way into different positions. (Server or bartender) Almost to the point where you don't care to think it will ever happen.

      Pros

Fast paced, meet lots of new people, great coworkers, social atmosphere, overall a fun job

      Cons

New managers did not know what they were doing and would not help when the restaurant became too busy and chaotic. Managers would often disappear. Some servers often wouldn't tip out runners correctly.

      This place is something awful.

      Jan 6, 2022 - Server/Waiter in Jacksonville, FL

      Pros

There are no pros. I guess it beats pan-handling.

      Cons

This place is terrible. The food is dirt cheap, so the clientele is classless trash. It won’t matter that you can’t get the check up - because the customers don’t tip more than 10%. The food is terrible - frozen pre-made stuff right off the Sysco truck. And the kitchen staff could mess up an order of white rice with ice water. And despite all that - the sub-par beer is surprisingly expensive. If a customer foolishly orders a pitcher of beer it puts you in awkward spot of warning them how much it costs - basically telling them they can't afford it. But if you don't warn them, they will riot when they get the bill. And then they will take it out on you with a low-ball tip they should be ashamed of themselves for.

      Pros

      - It's an easy job and it paid my way through college - Best coworkers I've ever worked with - Decent Management

      Cons

      - The clientele could be very rude to staff - Management does not communicate with staff or each other effectively - Management does not fire employees that commit fineable offenses
