I worked at BJ's Restaurants full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It was a Fun place to work, Gotta be my Best job so far. Its hard work and there's no beaks unless you find one. All the kitchen Staff take care of the Kitchen and Job titles mean little when leaving your station or just needing help. Team Mentality of everyone Made that an amazing job.

    Cons

The only Con was 2nd shift closing not putting stuff away where it usually is kept. I was 1st and always had more work then time and I hated tracking down my Ingredients and Utensils to Prep as much as i could before food started going out the door.

    Advice to Management

From Working at your restaurant I found a true passion for Cooking and Thank you. I'm a Felon and you gave me more then many others would and that was a chance.
