I worked at BJ's Restaurants part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Free food IF you don't make tips. Food costs a lot so this was veryy helpful. 1/2 off for others if around time of shift. 20% off other days.

    Cons

Harassment and everything else. Immature employees and management. I'm 20 with bills to pay and quit without another job because it just got that tiring.

    Advice to Management

    Get new management.
