    It's an off the books job

    Cons

    There aren't any downsides from working with this company.. only thing I should is they went out of business so that was a bummer

    Pros

    Wonder full place to work. I company policies towards employees. Management is always ready to help you.

    Cons

    in 24 months I did get pay increment

    Advice to Management

    Though its a team oriented work but the best need always more.

    I worked at BLS International Services full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    One of the largest visa processing international outsourcing companies. The upper management was mostly helpful in training new incoming staff. Great company to learn many areas of travel agent section like Visa processing and Passport renewals. Opportunity for growth within the company.

    Cons

    Occasional overtime required along with some weekends and US holidays.

    Advice to Management

    Allow for cross-training among staff for better coverage when staff is off or on vacation.

    Pros

    A pure baniya type shop keeper mentality of management..
    No work or business ethics
    HR is just a show off if you see any policy they are almost absent
    Will make you join as soon as possible but will never provide any facilities
    Advise is donot join this organization at senior level as you will loose both way..by leaving the last organization and there is nothing you get out from here

    Cons

    if you are used to baniya ki shop type organization then join other wise dont

    Advice to Management

    Going public wont change the mindset otherwise visa business suits u best

    Pros

    - One of the fastest growing firm in Visa outsourcing section
    - Management is helpful towards new staff
    - Provide live training for staff
    - Opportunity to travel abroad that too fully paid by company
    - Colleagues in office are friendly and are of helpful nature
    - Good firm to learn many other aspects of travel section like PIO, OCI and Passport renewal
    - Help to learn project implementation abroad, setting up of centre for the project roll out
    - Excellent support is provided while a person is working on any project

    This is my personal view and may vary from others, I found this company as a good challenge that helped me to improve the skills.

    Cons

    it should be 5 working days as most missions are closed on Saturday and Sunday

    Pros

    Quite Descent Company to work with. Provide good platform for beginners in travel sector. The time I worked with them was great, full of opportunities and challenging projects. You get full chance to show your caliber while working on any project. All ideas are welcomed and are appreciated even if it is not implemented.
    The best part is that you get liberty to work in your way as far as it’s result oriented. Being an company into visa and Consular service, you get huge amount of International exposure. Fully paid international trips, exposure to International cities are highlights of working with this company.
    Not only International trips being so diversified at PAN Indian level, you get to work in different states of India as well.
    The policies of the company has always been employee friendly and motivate to work harder.
    Recently this firm has grown tremendously because of so many international accounts, if anyone wants to join travel sector you must approach them for a better career .

    nothing very important that I should right, just that the working days can be minimised

    Pros

    A Paradise to work if you want to learn the aspects of Travel Industry. Company provides excellent environment and platform for the freshers to learn and grow in the travel industry. Productive training is provided by the seniors that's very practical in day to day business.

    The approach towards the changing demands of the industry is excellent. Provides a great international exposure to it's employees. Employee are sent to foreign locations on deputations that provides them an opportunity to learn the working culture of foreign organisations.

    This also provides a leisure of international trips while working, A must have experience.

    Every job provides opportunities and challenges to an individual, people that are not capable of facing the challenges end up writing negative about the company, like few on this websites. You can blame the company for your shortcomings and incompetency.

    I had to relocate to another city and that's the only reason I left this company, otherwise I'd have still continued to work with them. Just for the information, I've worked for 4.5 years with BLS International.

    Leaves were less when I was with them.

    Pros

    If you don't get any job anywhere else, you may work at this one.
    Only good for people at very low level who are ready to boot-lick their bosses and take their crap.
    No pros otherwise.

    Cons

    Unprofessional behavior even from the senior management.
    Like a family business, they look for every chance to harass people.
    6-day working even though they don't have much work. Even then, only 15 leaves a year. No other leaves.
    Will pay you way below your previous salary.
    No growth and no learning as there is not even a single person who you can look upto.
    Delay in salaries, paid after 10 days.

    Advice to Management

    Get a reality check.

    Pros

    If you feel like you are a looser and could not able to get job anywhere this is the right place for you.

    Cons

    Salary -they wish they could even pay there employees less than minimum wage.
    Workplace enviroment very bad.
    working without any breaks.
    less people more work.
    management will try to screw you.
    Never ask for any sick or other leave.

    Advice to Management

    I don'think they have any management but they should go back to India they cannot survive here in canada.

    Not getting paid on time, No respect for employees, excessive overtime expected without any compensation
