I worked at BLT Communications full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Only good benefits and good culture here. Don't really have much to complain about. They've have multiple employees that have been with them for over 10 years. Great sign for any company

    Cons

Hardly any really. The only thing I can think of is that maybe they're not as loosy goosy with roles like a start up would be. It's very much like, you have your title now do your role. Depending on the person, this can be a con. I however think it's totally necessary in a corporate environment.

    Negative Outlook

    I worked at BLT Communications

    Pros

Free food, free parking in Hollywood

    Cons

Sexual harassment from executives. Firing and defamation to other companies when employee notifies HR. HR best friends with executives, so nothing gets fixed. Don't expect to have a life outside of the company. 12-14 hour days expected for salaried workers, so no overtime pay.

    Advice to Management

Treat employees like humans not objects
