    Pros

I spent the first 3 years of my career at BLT and only moved because I wanted to do something different. I had a brilliant time there, both personally and professionally. I look back on my time with BLT very fondly.

Here are the great things about the company:
    - Down-to-earth, honest, real people who are not your 'usual recruiter' type
    - Amazing hours, very rarely in the office past 6pm
    - Award-winning & market leading in their niche fields, great reputation
    - Generous and fair commission structure
    - Given autonomy; no micro management here
    - A real team atmosphere
    - Amazing central London location!

    Cons

    - People occasionally call up to order a BLT sandwich!!
