I worked at BMC for more than a year

    Pros

Fast, active work. good crew and foreman. all benefits. friendly atmosphere. While I worked there I was promoted twice in one year. I was recognized for my construction experience. they appreciated my work ethics.

    Cons

Physically demanding. Some days you didn't know exactly how many hours you would work, so it was difficult to give it your all in the morning and hope you had enough energy preserved to finish out the day, in case it was a 12 hour day.

    Advice to Management

I don't have any advice for the company. it is a good company to work for. I hope to go back to work there once I get my transportation needs met
