    I worked at BMGI

    Pros

It was a job with a pay check. A small paycheck.

    Cons

Their website lists only 'principals' and none of their behind the scenes workers. That should tell you something. The culture here is one of the most corporate, stifling, and sick one's I have worked in. Do NOT work harder than your coworkers or you will pay for it. DO NOT try to improve process. Both of these will get you in trouble with your coworkers and your boss.

I worked at BMGI full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Employees received a decent salary and pretty good benefits, there were often fun events planned for teambuilding.

    Cons

Managment had no transparency, it was very much a "boys club", work was extremely repetitive and boring, little opportunity for advancement.
