I have been working at BMO Harris Bank full-time

    Pros

Great comp to work for. They care for the emp. which is different from most of the US companies. The corp culture is good.

    Cons

Being a consensus driven company, sometimes small thigs get long time to implement, which could be very very frustrating to some folks.

    Advice to Management

Keep the decision making faster. Lately, lost of US benefits were being removed. Stop it to retain good talented people. Otherwise, it is a good place. I think the new CEO brings in a great vision to the company.

I worked at BMO Harris Bank part-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Great vacation and sick time off. Good benefits like 401k. It's a Canadian bank so you get 17 business days of vacation per year.

    Cons

Micromanaging. Heavy sales goals and not enough break time at the contact center in Buffalo Grove. High stress job. Other than that all good.

    Pros

I was happy to hold the job with BMO Harris Bank for the duration that I did and I would recommend this organization to anyone.

    Cons

I exceeded expectations in many facets of the job, but I did not feel appreciated in all that I did. I would definitely recommend to the Upper Management to review "The 5 Languages of Appreciation in the Workplace" by Gary Chapman & Paul White.

    Advice to Management
