Decent salary with a good benefits package. The most diverse bank I have ever worked at.
Cons
Senior Premier Bankers are highly encouraged to work well beyond 40 hours a week (without reporting) to be successful in the role. The bank promotes a culture of aggressive sales pressure through coaching to ludicrous goals. Your experience will ultimately depend heavily on generally toxic partner relationships within the organization. The onboarding training provided is limited at best.

Not enough pay-with the change in job title they added all these new expectations and no raise Management often doesn’t know what they’re doing They claim to promote within, but hire externally often even though they have employees on a career plan Very pushy with sales, especially their digital banking initiative.
