    Positive Outlook

I worked at BMR Advisors full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Will provide a lot of intellectual stimulation and shall add a lot of value to your resume. the work is better than the Big 4s, your development is better and in most cases, salary is also better.

    Cons

If you are not able to keep adding intellectual ideas, then you get sidelined very quickly, unlike a Big 4, where mediocre people can survive, here it is not possible.

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at BMR Advisors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

You get ample time to chit chat and connect on Facebook

    Cons

The following points are not of someone who is disgruntled but speaking out what the truth is and the truth is always harsh!!
    1. No growth
    2. No appreciation
    3. No workshops
    4. No training sessions
    5. No One-on-One meets
    6. Research analysts are hired on third party payroll

    7. Appraisals are a joke! Seriously!! Your appraisals are not based on your ratings. They equate salaries of undergraduates and postgraduates. They try to bring you to a slab irrespective of your rating, performance and current CTC.

    8. Hardly any benefits for analysts (junior or senior) even if you are on BMR payroll

    9. Layoffs are a pretty consistent thing here at the BMR Risk department, Gurgaon. So if you are hired on a third party payroll then better keep your CV updated and uploaded on job portals otherwise start training yourself to be a sycophant!!!

    Advice to Management

No advice. Its like banging your head against the wall. Period!

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at BMR Advisors full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Environment is Good to work
You will learn a lot in little span of time

    Cons

Salary is so low for third party payroll employees
Management is highly partial for BMR employees and the off-roll ones
There is no way an employee will get incentives in accordance to their hard work, Moreover, there is no one who willlisten to and solve your problems

    Advice to Management

If you expect that much of hard work from your employees, appreciate them, acknowledge their work and do provide good salary to retain them.
