    Great people and incredible opportunities to work on projects and cars that the public will not year for years.

    Cons

    Limited upward movement and ambition and work ethic are not rewarded. Very structured and not room for advancement until you do your "time" even if performance is high.

    Advice to Management

    Don't higher highly ambitious people and have no room for them to grow.

    Repetitive, no accountability for leadership, the foster an environment that pits day and night shift workers against each other, poor human coordination

    Stop treating us like numbers. We're human too, and you're working is to death.

    Five Day weekend, off. Annual bonuses

    Cons

    If you want to work for BMW and within three years be deformed and in need of surgery work for BMW. If you want to feel like a slave work for BMW. Inexperiencedve

    Inexperienced, section leaders. racist section leaders BMW does nothing about it.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to the BMW Associates, when they file formal complaints against management, because the complaints are legitimate. You will eventually find yourself fighting against a class action lawsuit, racial discrimination lawsuit, sex discrimination lawsuit or sexual harassment lawsuit, if you don't take heed.

    Easy going upper management. Great benefits.

    Cons

    Some of the working conditions are very unsafe such as in cavity wax booths where you shoot wax into the cars for assembly to apply parts easier.
