    I worked at BMW full-time

    Pros

Flexible schedule and time off. Good deals on new cars. Top selling luxury brand. Great commissions for sales.

    Cons

Upper management is still in the past. Unequal treatment to employees. Hourly employees are not paid on the level as salary. Work can be repetitive. Opportunities to move up are nonexistent. Employees come third, after customers and upper management.

    Advice to Management

Advice to owners. Employee moral is low, especially hourly workers. Upper management seems untouchable and treats employees unequally.

    Pros

Great people working here, corporate culture is well designed but like any large system hard to execute. I really enjoy working with these people, I would say that it is a healthier than elsewhere.

    Cons

60% of the employees are internal and get all of the benefits you can imagine like PTO, car, sick days, 401K, holidays... As for temporary workforce, they have nothing and their salary is 40% lower, but they all do the same job, just some of them were lucky to get an internal position. In most of the cases those people don’t have vacations and they come to work sick as they can’t afford to stay at home.

    Advice to Management

Care more about people and equality.

I have been working at BMW full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Money is good, benefits could be better.. The pay is alright, it's just hard work and the people depending on where you work... Are amazing!

    Cons

They treat you like crap... They work the hell outta you, and they give you no recognition, the hours are long, the place is hot in the summer and freezing in the winter

    Advice to Management

The whole company sucks, even management who won't stand up for you because they fear confrontation
