    Great at persuading you to accept the job

    Cons

    Horrible, never had a set assignment, bounced between product specialists and receptionist, worked full time hours with no benefits

    Get better management!

    Pros

    Benefits, lease program, hours, cafeteria,Harry Larry and Jim are the bomb

    Cons

    Management greenshirts power trips to many politics and employee favoritism

    Advice to Management

    Actually listen to your employees don't play favorites and every now and again say "hey! Your doin a good job today"

    Great company, nice people, Fun place to work

    Cons

    No raises for production associates. No Pension plan either. no room for advancement

    Be more open to the advancement of people

    free place to stay, cafeteria, hot lap, pay was decent, people were friendly

    Cons

    programs doesn't respect interns, don't have their hiring process very efficient, not much to do if in a bad department

    I worked at BMW as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Money is good bonuses and u get a lease options if u are able to get hired on. But it takes a few yrs to do that how ever u can stay as a contractor and retired with a 401k. Benefits are not bad ither

    Cons

    Poor management bies and favoritism to staff. No family time mandatory sat 12 hr shifts poor treatment if u out more three days u are fired if u are late cause the highway shut down it count against u. Takes 2 or more yrs to get hired on and the stress they put on u is high

    Advice to Management

    Change the way u rum it start showing appreciate to employs

    Pros

    Gaining more in-depth knowledge of BMWs.

    Cons

    Averaging 75 hour work weeks. Pay structure often changed and not to the sales persons benefit. Zero career growth. If you are seeking a sales career, please continue your search and save yourself years of heartache.

    Pros

    Great benefits, including onsite health clinic, lease program, and retirement. Many opportunities for travel and promotion.

    Cons

    Disappointed in top managements' emphasis on safety and development of their associates. Not many opportunities for those outside the engineering realm.
