    Pros

Worked at Chapman BMW in Arizona. Tight group, no shady associates hoarding up's or going behind your back. "I succeed, if you succeed mentality". Great stips & promos. Love the finance department & new car manager...which is rare to say in the industry.

    Cons

Sales meetings require thick skin, as with any dealership... but corrective criticism is much different than degrading lectures. More about "cons", see below.

    Advice to Management

See above. I could literally watch morale drain afterwards. I know this is a tactic for most sales industries, but more motivation would make a huge difference. (Plus, it was like watching a horror movie, you know it's scripted and fake, nice guys at heart).

I worked at BMW full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I provide customer support for BMW Brazil -Financial Services by handling incoming calls, payment voucher requests, inquiries about leases, contracts, as well as financing account information.

    Cons

No daycare for employees with kids

    Advice to Management

Would be a great idea to have a daycare for the people that work over there

    I worked at BMW part-time

    Pros

Good Pay, Nice cars that the customers really wanted to buy. The techs were very cool too. The cars was always shiny and presentable.

    Cons

None at all beside that rude customers that enter the shop. Some times they come ready to spend money, but then they leave. I didn't like that at all.

    Advice to Management

My advice to the management of my location is to pay more attention to the customers of the store because they are the ones that are spending their money.

    Pros

Decent pay, plenty of overtime. 5-day long weekends every 3 weeks. Good benefits.

    Cons

Takes too long for BMW to hire the MAU-temp workers. It shouldn't take someone 3,000-4,000 hours worth of work for BMW to hire them,.. and then wait another 5 years to receive the same pay as the dozen other people who do the exact. same. Job.

    Advice to Management

When I was there, there was a problem with a machine that had everyone complaining. After over a month later and no change, I woke one morning to find that my shoulder was unusually strained/sore. When I brought it up to my section leader about my concerns, I was sent to see a medical professional who recommended me to stop doing the job/stretched until it returned to normal w/ a physical therapist. Unfortunately, I was confronted my a MAU rep for "breaking policy" and "not reporting it sooner & waiting" and was penalized for it. It couldn't be further from the truth. That outcome resonated resentment with everyone on that line. My advice to the Management would be to listen the employees. They're not just numbers on a spreadsheet. Do what needs to be done when there is a problem.
