    Pros

If you work smart, an individual may have freedom to set own office hours. All pay is based on how well you can negotiate and sell mortgages. Commission for most officers with minimal experience.

    Cons

Commission only. Not a job if you are unsure of sales skills.

    Advice to Management

Stay stringent on policies and protocol to increase all over revenue for company and will positively show in numbers in next fiscal period.

You are not micromanaged. Management allows you to work on your time frame. You have the freedom to leave when needed.

Pricing is not that aggressive. When there are fluctuations in the market, management does not change to meet the climate.

    Advice to Management

    Get better pricing.

    Pros

Great comp potential if you can deal with the incompetence of senior management.

Senior management is disconnected from field actrivities. Little to no communication from corporate to field offices.

    Advice to Management

    Develop a corporate communication structure.
