    Pros

Meeting pleasant employees in spite of the lack of respect management displays

    Cons

Everything about this company is dated, from the equipment to the ideals that management govern by. Only a selected few could be considered competent to operate and supervise its respected department.
No health coverage and the production manager know very little about day to day operation, be prepared to go into great detail about your work.

    Advice to Management

Learn to be less abrasive with your employees.

I worked at BNL Enterprises full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

None. It isnt worth it to spend even a day at this company

    Cons

Employees are severely underpaid. They are fully operational for 4 months out of the year. Its a seasonal position for 10.50 hr doing extensive data entry work, or packing/assembly their warehouse dept. Overtime is offered but it just adds up to what you should be making in the first place. No benefits for full time year round employees but i did hear they were going to start offering them eventually. Management is terrible, the production manager seems like he has no clue whats going on in the departments, the owner who is the main boss thinks the spare change hes giving people is legit while people are just up and quitting saying the workload and pressure isnt worth it. The equipment and machines are so old and outdated for the type of work they do, the building is dirty, cobwebs in the corners, excessive dust, bathrooms are so nasty and they refuse to hire a cleaning person, just stay away it isnt worth it.

    Advice to Management

They need to realize when they have good competent workers that they have to pay them a decent livable wage if they are fulltime, and offer some kind of benefits and 401k. This is not a place someone can come to and expect to build a career. This is a small family owned business so dont expect much.
