I have been working at BNP Paribas (More than a year)

    Pros

Very good environment and location, relaxed work for apprentice and intern. Welcoming team, good brand. Good access to financial practice.

    Cons

Limited responsibility hence not much growth. Fixed position for long. Strong hirarchy and sometimes too much politics.

    Advice to Management

For anyone interested in Finance, it is the best place to be in France.

I worked at BNP Paribas as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Impressive experience. International and nice colleagues. One of best employeurs. It depends also on which level you are at and the team ambiance. Training opportunities, etc.

    Cons

It is a pity to find out sometimes non-qualified people on positions. Otherwise nothing to complain, there ain't any other inconvenience.
