    Pros

    The people from Middle and Back Office are very nice as well as the interns.
    The cantinas are cheap and the work itself is challenging.
    The salary is enough to survive and to basic expenditures.

    Cons

    Some people at front office are rude, because they're too much focused on what they're doing.
