    Pros

    * Supercool work atmosphere.
    * They don't kill you working. Actually for being M&A it's quite OK.
    * Smart people around you.

    Cons

    * Not a top performer bank. It's quiet uncommon to see BNP leading a deal.
    * No proper trainings.
    * Tee salary compared with BNP London is not really competitive.

    I worked at BNP Paribas as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Great team, nice perks and overall good experience as the day-to-day missions were very different. People are also very friendly and food is great.

    Cons

    The company is really big so it is hard to make your work noticed. The hierarchy is also very present but it is starting to change.

    Advice to Management

    Loosen up the hierarchy and be less rigid with the bureaucracy: it is making everyone less productive. The IT also has to be reformed to be more adaptable.
