    Cons

Low base salary no enough possibility of evolution

    Advice to Management

Stop devaluating employees from universities. They can be as competent as others from big name schools!

I worked at BNP Paribas as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great team, nice perks and overall good experience as the day-to-day missions were very different. People are also very friendly and food is great.

    Cons

The company is really big so it is hard to make your work noticed. The hierarchy is also very present but it is starting to change.

    Advice to Management

Loosen up the hierarchy and be less rigid with the bureaucracy: it is making everyone less productive. The IT also has to be reformed to be more adaptable.
