I have been working at BNP Paribas full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

BNP Paribas is very famous in France. It attracts some great talents, which you can feel when you work there.

    Cons

Like any other bank, BNP Paribas does not have the best working atmosphere and you are part of a 200000 employees company...

    Advice to Management

BNP Paribas is trying to make a company this size work the best it can but maybe more attention to quality of life at work could be improved.
