Former Employee - IT Project Manager in Montreal, QC

I worked at BNP Paribas full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

    - Montreal office is less formal as Paris but keep some practices - Good work environment (free coffee, modern open space office) - Strong management but that depends on team leader

    Cons

    - As PM, you will collect more documents from stakeholders than really managing projects (strong internal compliance) - Small projects over big ones, and no PMI or Prince practices applied - very bureaucratic organization
