    Diverse place to work, very professional personnel, pro-change. High transnational footprint, Management interested in people.

    Cons

    It is somehow over regulated, top management positions are for French people.

    Advice to Management

    Implement better programs to retain talent.

    Pros

    Great work life balance. Good exposure to business and management if you are working on the right project.

    Cons

    Career growth is very slow and you have to push your way through to get noticed or to get things done.There's a lot of bureaucracy in processes which otherwise could be simpler.

    Advice to Management

    Please get rid of some incompetent managers and promote deserving individuals. Also can be more transparent about the company's strategy.

    Work life balance is good.

    Cons

    Impossible to communicate with people in Canada Offices. No leadership in the team. No opportunities or no talent development. French comes first.

    Should learn how to communicate with people in USA. Impossible to communicate with any higher managements.
