I worked at BNP Paribas full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Since it's a European Bank, the summer schedule is relatively lax. It's steady workflow throughout the year and the lower level employees are usually great to work with.

    Cons

Management of Legal Department is horrendous. It's been a revolving door for years and management doesn't seem to care. Pay has been stagnant, the workplace is toxic due to turnover and the executive departments of the bank are always trying to cut corners/resources from an already depleted department.

    Advice to Management

Retire and get some people with common sense and understanding how to treat their staff.
