    Great Benefits-health, discounts, insurance, travel discounts,
    Great PTO
    Good people depending on which unit you are in

    Cons

    Juniorizing
    the bank cant figure out is identity in the current environment
    attrition is occuring but no one has added up the numbers
    bonus' are nowhere near what the recruiter promised or what the street is getting

    Advice to Management

    find a plan for the US and stick to it...the FED is not the EU....

    Could do better with management training that is aligned with company mission; systems need upgrade for increased automation instead of layering one system over another.

    Ideas are great, but action moves them forward. Connect employee management with company mission.

    Pros

    IT supports a broad array of financial products and services for various business units within the Investment bank which creates ample opportunities for learning and mobility.

    Cons

    Difficult to introduce new technology and architecture into large, complex legacy environment.
    Difficult to secure funding and support for technology initiatives originating in, or primarily supporting, American and Asian regions. Centralized decision making originating in Paris.

    Advice to Management

    Increase delegation to America/Asia for regional technology and business considerations.
