    Pros

There was a great amount of flexibility, meaning most teams allowed their interns to explore the trading floor and meet other desks. Two rotations also gives interns more face-time with managers and the ability to make an impression.

    Cons

There are not many cons, but it was noticed that if you have a certain linguistic background, you are very likely to spend a rotation on that desk (ex: Italian intern sat at the Italian desk). This makes sense, but these desks are often niche and not hiring.

    Advice to Management

You're doing a great job. You made the interns feel welcomed and have created a very friendly, and pleasant work environment (and this is talking about a trading floor). It was a pleasure to work for you.
