I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time (More than 8 years)

    Pros

Job security, work life balance, great people. Decent benefits, tuition reimbursement is great.

    Cons

Company goals do not benefit with employees. The motto is to cut costs at the expense of employees. There is a lack of organization and cross training across business sectors. They are very slow to hire people and create incentives for upward mobility. The HR department is terrible, unresponsive and not very supportive. The company needs to do better to improve employee moral and dedication.

    Advice to Management

Support and motivate your people, it will work out much better for the company.

    Pros

Maybe the pay and benefits. For an entry level, the pay and benefits are great.

    Cons

No room for potential growth and manager and supervisors don't appreciate hard work. They only wait for you to make a single little mistake to start talking about you.

    Advice to Management

Please appreciate people that work hard every time because that will motivate them to come to work everyday, increase their productivity and boost the morale.

I have been working at BNY Mellon full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The Philadelphia office is modern and the hrs are typically for 7-7.5 hrs. The people there are great and very professional.

    Cons

Salary is below par but it's a great place to start straight from college. However, with experience, you are able to negotiate for more.
