    Bny is one of the best place I have worked in great work culture & work-life balance plus multiple benifits are also added such overtime, food & transport

    Salary could be little more higher compare to its peer competition

    Some good people on team. Good clients who have interesting work to challenge you

    Cons

    Regular layoffs. Command and culture structure. Toxic culture where people are looking out for themselves and pay little attention to the needs of employees. Bad management . Lose/reduction of WFH schedules. Benefits get worse each year
